What you will be doing:

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews (virtual/physical)
  • Assess candidates’ information, including resumes, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and other recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Assist with improving our career website and hiring toolkits to ensure that the content is always up to date and is appealing to potential candidates.
  • Actively contribute to the development of our Employee Value Proposition in the market.
  • Identify internal and external recruitment sources and implement selected recruitment methods; for example, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
  • Work with Recruitment companies in sourcing, potential candidates and ensure tracking at all levels
  • Should maintain an acceptable “TAT” in closing resource requirements
  • Build-up and maintain daily/weekly/ monthly trackers and reports
  • Track and map companies with similar technology and manpower requirements and headhunt from those companies

About your experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition (including technical recruitment)
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems
  • An ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to Multitasking and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree/ MBA preferably in Human Resources Management, or similar qualification
  • HR Certification would be advantageous
