Lead – Marketing Automation | Kolkata, India
Responsibilities
Marketing Intelligence & Reporting:
- Design, implement, and
manage dashboards, KPIs,
and performance reports
across campaigns, both
net new and installed base
sales funnels, and partner
lifecycle management.
- Leverage advanced Excel
models (PivotTables,
Power Query, VLOOKUP,
Index-Match, Macros, etc.)
to track and forecast sales
& marketing performance.
- Translate complex
data into clear insights
and actionable
recommendations for
leadership.
HubSpot Ownership:
- Manage and optimize
HubSpot Sales, Marketing,
and Service Hubs, ensuring
end-to-end integration with
business processes.
- Automate lead scoring,
nurturing workflows,
sequence, and partner
communication campaigns.
- Define, Measure, Analyze,
Improve, and Control
(DMAIC CRM data hygiene,
segmentation, and reporting
accuracy across global
markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Product,
Customer Success, and
Partner Success teams to align
sales & marketing insights
with business strategy
- Act as the go-to resource for
campaign performance, sales
funnel efficiency, and partner
lifecycle health metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights
that influence go-to-market
(GTM) strategies, partner
enablement, and revenue
growth initiatives.
Data & Process Management:
- Establish data governance,
ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and
completeness.
- Build models to evaluate
partner/seller onboarding
efficiency, churn, and growth
trends.
- Continuously refine
reporting frameworks to
adapt to business and
market needs.
Leadership & Enablement:
- Mentor and guide junior
marketing analysts in data
analysis, reporting, and tool
adoption.
- Educate stakeholders
on best practices for
leveraging tool like
HubSpot, Apollo, etc., and
marketing intelligence.
- Serve as the subject
matter expert for business
automation, analytics, and
business reporting.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s
degree in marketing, Business
Analytics, Data Science, or
related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years
in Marketing Intelligence,
Marketing Operations, or
Business Analytics, preferably in
a product-based IT company.
- HubSpot Expertise: Deep
knowledge of HubSpot Sales,
Marketing, and Service Hubs
(certifications preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Strong
command of Advanced Excel
(PivotTables, Macros, Power
Query, Power Pivot, IndexMatch, Data Models).
- Reporting Skills: Proven
experience in building and
maintaining dashboards,
reports, and KPI tracking.
- Business Acumen: Strong
understanding of partner/
seller lifecycle, sales funnel
management, and GTM strategy
- Collaboration: Ability to work
cross-functionally with Sales,
Marketing, Customer Success,
Product, and Partner teams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving, storytelling with
data, attention to detail, and
communication skills.
