Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Management
- Lead the creation and optimization of high-quality content for web, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
Collaboration & Podcast Development
- Work closely with internal teams, industry experts, and influencers.
- Build and manage podcast development and release strategies.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management
- Utilize HubSpot, Gong, and other marketing automation tools and CRMs to streamline marketing processes.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM strategies.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
- Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot, Gong, and other marketing automation tools and CRMs.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
