What you’ll do

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
Implement effective agile project management methodologies to optimize efficiency.
Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure project deliverables align with their needs.
Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and resolve defects.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage project stakeholder management and sign-offs.
Mentor and grow the Delivery team capabilities.
Set individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal- in order to maximize subordinate and department performance.
