Business Development Representative (BDR) | Remote (India-based)

Key Responsibilities


Part 1: Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Execute high-volume outbound activities via phone, email, social media, and professional platforms.
  • Identify and qualify new leads across North American, European, and Asian markets
  • Set meetings and demos for the ZINFI sales team by clearly communicating value propositions.
  • Track all prospecting activities and outcomes in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with ongoing campaigns and strategic priorities.

Part 2: Product and Partner Feedback Outreach

  • Engage potential customers and channel partners to gather insights about ZINFI’s offerings.
  • Conduct structured calls or interviews to understand product-market fit, partner expectations, and service needs
  • Record and analyze feedback trends to support product development and go-to-market alignment.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential partners for ZINFI’s partner programs and initiatives.

Qualifications


Required:

  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development in a B2B environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in outbound calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM data entry.
  • Comfortable conducting outreach across different time zones and regions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell CRM, marketing automation, or sales automation solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, partner ecosystems, or channel marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with partner success, customer feedback collection, or PRM platforms.
  • Exposure to international markets.
