What you will do:

  • Customer Need Analysis: Actively engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and research to gather and document business requirements that reflect their needs and expectations.
  • Use Case Analysis: Analyze and translate customer requirements into functional specifications that the development team can implement, ensuring customer-centric use cases drive all outcomes.
  • Value Proposition Analysis: Collaborate with the Product Owner to shape the end-to-end product strategy, ensuring that business value is defined based on the customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Customer-Driven Prioritization: Maintain a backlog prioritized by the potential customer impact, ensuring that all work provides the maximum value to the customer.
  • Continuous Feedback Loop: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and the internal team, ensuring clarity of customer requirements and addressing concerns throughout the development cycle.
  • Solution Validation and Metrics: Define, implement, and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of solutions from the customer’s perspective once they enter production.
  • Product Demos and User Training: Prepare and support the team in delivering product demos and user training sessions that address the customer’s pain points.
  • Prototyping and Mockups: Based on customer insights, create conceptual prototypes and mockups to facilitate faster solution validation and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and technical solutions, focusing on delivering customer value.
  • Customer-Focused Project Management: Plan and monitor deliverables to ensure on-time completion of projects that are critical to the customer’s success.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to consolidate insights into how customers use the product, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Analysis: Facilitate the communication between customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-centric projects.
  • Expert in Product Domain: Become the go-to expert in at least one area of the Product, with a deep understanding of how that area impacts the customer experience.

What you will bring to the table:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with software product management lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering customer-driven solutions.
  • Ability to own small, well-scoped workflows and implementation (configuration DIY based) that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset, capable of creative thinking and relationship building.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex messages clearly to both customers and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive, with the ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and tracking skills, comfortable making decisions that prioritize customer outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Relational DB Concepts and Design, with an understanding of how customer data is managed.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and service-oriented (SOA) architectures that support customer integrations.
  • Knowledge of event-driven (EDA) architecture.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
