Responsibilities:


Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

  • Lead the creation and optimization of high-quality content for web, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.

Collaboration & Podcast Development

  • Work closely with internal teams, industry experts, and influencers.
  • Build and manage podcast development and release strategies.

Marketing Automation & CRM Management

  • Utilize HubSpot, Gong, and other marketing automation tools and CRMs to streamline marketing processes.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM strategies.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot, Gong, and other marketing automation tools and CRMs.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
